選型提示 Notes for Pu Selection
1、選擇產(chǎn)品時(shí)，需要注意泵進(jìn)口流速(包括進(jìn)口管線流速)。一般進(jìn)口流速控制在1 m/s以內(nèi)，1一1.3 m/s需有條件選擇，大于1.3m/s需謹(jǐn)慎選擇或不選;
1 .Attentions shall be paid to the flow speed at pu inlet (including the flow in the inlet pipe) during selection. In general, the flowat inlet shall be controlled within 1m/s, the flow of 1}1.3m/s can be selected only when the conditions allowed, and the flow greaterthan 1.3m/s shall be selected conservatively or never.
2、由于電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速越高，泵進(jìn)口流速越大，可靠性會(huì)有所降低，應(yīng)綜合考慮泵的可靠使用，電機(jī)的選擇請(qǐng)根據(jù)選型步驟中的值選取;
2. Because the flow speed at pu inlet will rise up along with the increase of the motor speed, resulting into the decrease ofreliability, therefore, by taking into consideration of the reliable operation of the pu, the motor shall be selected according to therecommended value provided in the Procedures of Type Selection.
3、若輸送介質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑性較好，且溫度≤80℃，使用內(nèi)置軸承結(jié)構(gòu)的泵;若輸送介質(zhì)潤(rùn)滑性較差，或溫度>80℃ ,使用外置軸承結(jié)構(gòu)的泵;3. If the lubricating property of the conveying medium is better and the teerature is less than or equal to 80℃，you arerecommended to select the pu with internal bearing; if the lubricating property of the conveying medium is poor and theteerature is higher than 80℃，you are recommended to select the pu with external bearing.
4、為了更好的避免雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)，建議在泵的進(jìn)口前配備過(guò)濾器，過(guò)濾精度為40目(過(guò)濾面積為過(guò)流通徑的15-20倍);
4. To better avoid the iurities from entering the pu, it is suggested to provide a filter with filtering accuracy of 40 mesh (filteringarea is 15 20 times of flow passage diameter) in front of pu inlet.
5、如您使用流量要求精確且不在性能參數(shù)表范圍內(nèi)，您可以選用變頻電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)，或者我公司根據(jù)您實(shí)際要求特殊制作
5. If the flow rate required is precise and out of the scope of the performance parameter table, you can use variable frequency motor,or contact our sales people for customized solution.
